Great location and staff!

It has the best location and best staff. We stayed at the 2-bedroom apartment, it has all the amenities that you will need, perfect for family. One staff that made our stay truly remarkable is Abdullah.. he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, he made sure a buggy is available whenever we need and that our over-all stay was pleasant.

Amazing shrimps and lobsters. Excellent service by Soni, Tousel and Elsie they brighter up this place completely. Desserts could be better. Otherwise everything was great in this place. Package with alcohol should be added again. Because alcohol is very expensive.

We stayed here in the Hotel for 3 days and everything is fine. We really love the place, the food and the staff. Special thanks to Elsie, widya, vergel, Soni, watif, teja, and Mr. Aamir they ate very accommodating and attentive to our needs. To the chef as well who makes a nice food. Chef Nawar, Chef Amrit. Thank you to all!

A Family of 5 from Ireland staying 2 weeks in Dubai and one of the highlights was our hotel Apartment. We stayed in Lavendar L104 and it was very spacious with 3 rooms, a double room with an ensuite, single room ensuite and a twin room ensuite. All beds were large, clean and we had a pool side view, important as front rooms could suffer from road noise. Big sitting room with a table for 6, 2+3 couches and a large kitchen with evrything including a washing machine. Some would say its a little outdated but it was very comfortable for us. Many thanks to Belal and Ali who cleaned the Apt every day and gave us anything extras we needed, excellent service! The hotel is luxurious and the food great, Italian nite and the other speciality nites are excellent with a great discount for those staying in thr hotel... expect 130AED to 180AED. Everyone was helpful there. Great hotel for its location, very near the Dubai mall, short 5 min walk. Another thing for us a self catering option was the supermarket about 120m from the Lavedar complex, its literally got everything there, great for breakfast items . Pool was also excellent and in june no sun bed wars! Very comfortable and great food there. Alcohol is expensive in Dubai, to state the obvious, but the hotel bat Double Decker had a long happy hour! Only complaint was that our terrace was dirty amd we didnt use it Overall a greqt stay.

Our fourth stay at the Swissôtel Al Marooj, we love the location as easy walk to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. We split our stay between downtown and the Palm offering city experience with relaxed oasis vibes. Staff always on hand to help both at the hotel and around the pool etc

From reception til balet i really recommended this hotel,thanks to miss nette and the group feels like we are VIP during the stay!full variety of breakfast that really satisfy your day.Very helpful also the kids zone that my daughter enjoyed.keep it up guys❤️

Tee was my masseuse, she was perfect i highly recommend her for great massage, the atmosphere was great , i love every thing there. My sister also have an hour and half with Vee she said she was amazing know how to relief pain and triggers the pain points so it is a must to try .

I have been to W for a long period due to a project in Abu Dhabi. I want to share my gratitude for the support and quick service by the Garage Team. Specially Sakib, Suraj, Rohit, Fred, Rachel, Wasumahesh and Kevin. These guys are super helpful, extremely quick and friendly. Their efficiency is above and beyond. I would suggest if these can be taken up for their next role in W, would be great 😊

An amazing and unexpected ambience I ve seen ever. Nice hospitality by team W.. Thanks for a smooth stay at yas island. Because of this stay we enjoyed in an energetic way all 4 parks. It could happened because of a nice and smooth stay as well as the extraordinary quality foods and service.
