Well situated near the metro station and shops some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Also lovely cafe eateries close by. Hotel staff were on hand to answer any questions and friendly, we had an early flight they phoned a taxi 2 am arrived within 10 minutes. Hotel was clean free coffee machine at the side of lifts. Rooms were clean and tidy small but functional great shower we were on the third floor I would suggest a room with a balcony great shower. Although on the front the road is very busy but not noisy in room. Would recommend especially for a short stay. Metro easy to use for getting to sightseeing destination.

A wonderful stay at hotel Piccadilly

A truly wonderful stay at Best Western Piccadilly. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Chiara on reception. She was informative and helped us plan our sightseeing. We stayed on the 8th floor with fantastic views across the city. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Julio on reception was helpful in ordering a taxi at 430am to return to the airport. Great staff. Clean hotel. Ideally situated. We walked to colleseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and Spanish steps. Metro close by. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Excellent service throughout. Chiara was amazing. We will definately be returning. A huge thank you.

This is a nice enough hotel nothing special, not too far from the colosseum with a metro nearby. It is very noisy though, did not get much sleep for the 3 nights, I'd suggest taking earplugs with you. Staff not overly friendly. Not asked how our stay was on check out. Would not go back, I'm sure there are better hotels in Rome.

The Best Western Piccadilly was a great place to stay. It was a short walk to Basilica San Giovanni and the Coliseum; it was an even shorter walk to the Metro stop that can get you to anywhere in Rome in a short time.

Amazing hotel that serves its purpose excellently.

This hotel was perfect, exactly what we wanted for our short trip to Rome. A small family of 3 in a nice cosy hotel the room was more than adequate for what we wanted. The beds were cosy and comfy the shower was perfect. Breakfast was extremely nice with a great selection meats, pastries, cheeses and cereals. There was even a pancake machine that made fresh pancakes at the press of a button to the great delight of my 5 year old son. This came with a choice of maple syrup or chocolate sauce. We would spend our day after breakfast exploring the city which is a short walk from the city itself. The colosseum is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel and very easy to find. We walked into the city centre every day we were there. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful with every interaction we had with them. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking to explore Rome and use the hotel purely as a bed for the night and a good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely return if I were to visit Rome again.

Great stay in Milan!

I stayed for four nights, and what a lovely stay it was! I requested a quiet room - and Sharone made sure it was! I was in room 109 - at the end of the hall - facing the back of the hotel. It was so super quiet! Breakfast was good - many choices - brunch options as well! Location was stellar - a five minute walk to the main train station and there’s an entrance to a metro stop like 300 feet away. Super convenient. Also kudos to Emanuele - who literally walked outside with me to show me where the airport shuttle buses were! Would love to stay again! Thank you!

Really nice staff, gluten free options for breakfast, nice room. Short walk from the central station and easy go around with Metro 2.min from the hotel.

Great option, particularly if you need to be near the main station

I needed to be near the main railway station and this is a great option. I have stayed in hotels near train stations before and the surroundings can sometimes be a bit messy or run-down. This wasn't the case at all with this hotel. Great value (I booked quite far in advance), very friendly staff and If you like walking it's even not that far from all the main sights.

Great location from station. Walkable. But our room was facing a nightclub so we had a lot of noise till 2 am . You could ask for a room that’s facing away from the road. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very safe as well. No issue. Clean rooms. Well maintained.

Great location just a few minute walk from Milano Centrale Station and the Metro. Also nearby - two fine restaurants (on the same street) and a grocery store around the corner. Very pleased with our choice of Hotel Berna.
