The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to everywhere, including a short walk to the MRT. The on-site restaurants and bars are wonderful, offering a great dining experience. Benihana always rocks and cleaning of the hotel is on top notch! Highly recommended!

This was my very first visit to Bangkok, but my wife has visited the city numerous times. We were in Bangkok as our daughter was competing with her school in a competition and she was staying in their sister hotel Pullman. We had booked a room for 7 nights.
Check-inThis was my very first visit to Bangkok, but my wife has visited the city numerous times. We were in Bangkok as our daughter was competing with her school in a competition and she was staying in their sister hotel Pullman. We had booked a room for 7 nights.
Check-in was smooth and went to our room. The room was large and on the 18th floor. huge bed and pillows and all the switches were bedside including the a/c controls. The rooms maybe considered a little dated, but everything worked and was comfortable. They had some welcome candies in our room for our enjoyment. The hotel is trying to be very sustainable and very little plastic in use. Even the room keys were wooden. (A first for me.)
Breakfast was good and lots of varieties, There was Chinese, Korean, Indian, Western etc. But for some reason no Thai food offered. I have a feeling this is a deliberate choice. Maybe it had to do with the many airline crew staying there. But anyway, I was ok with it and should say I was hooked on Indian masala tea for 7 days. I only remember miss Mook and miss Nook in the breakfast room. That's my mistake. All of them were excellent and service impeccable. Housekeeping was also excellent. Not once did we need to ask for anything. They made sure the room was serviced properly.
2 days before check out we got a note saying they were trying to deliver something to our roman we should contact them for delivery. I forgot about it but on the last evening when we returned, there was a metal plank with 3 chocolate elephants on it. (white milk and dark chocolates). It was so pretty, we brought it home and still have it in our fridge. The last morning the part of the lights went out In the room. We called the front desk and someone from maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. It was a keycard error. Of course this things happen in a busy hotel. We had a nice stay in Grand Mercure Atrium, and I really enjoyed my first trip to Bangkok.
Thank you to all of you for making our stay great. I am happy to have experienced Thai hospitality. Kob kun khrap.

I love Amari Resort in Koh Samui for the hospitality, food quality in Amaya and Spa.

Food was certainly very nice in Amaya, Breakfast is huge and so much to choose from Thai to European selection, food variety and make your own fresh juice, bakeries and huge selection at the live cooking area. Lunch in Amaya have great selection and taste is very good.
Spa is really top and they are really very professional. Massage was very relaxing as the team is professional, treatment room are very neat, the refreshments are so unique.
Prego Italian restaurant set up is great and wine selection is good. We went there mainly due to the extensive advertisement on big boards all around Samui. Food lacks seasoning, the bread was surely stale, eating grissini and focaccia with a tasteless tomato sauce which could have been a sun dried tomato dip could have been better. The pizza needs improvement as the base was soggy. The salad had pesto which was definitely a ready made, seafood was overcooked. Bruschetta with chunks of tomato is not easy to eat, sure they look good but when you bite half fell apart. Tiramisu did not even feel like the savoiardi biscuit was dipped in espresso but it was more creamy dessert. I tried some very good Italian restaurants around the world from Europe to Middle East and East Asia. It is below average in Prego. Definitely they need an improvement in food or the chef lacks expertise. Service was good!
I will surely go back.

Had a 3 week stay at the Amari and I cannot fault it at all, we had a poolside room which was overlooking a fantastic pool, the room itself was very nice and well maintained on a daily basis.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff were….nothing seemed like a problem for them. The breakfast selection was vast and always good.
Not that we used it but the kids club always looked a hit with the kids as they always seemed very eager to go in and sad to leave.
I highly recommend the Amari and will be back😁

We stayed at the Windsor for 14 nights, I have to say it was the best hotel have ever stayed at, everyone who worked there was kind, helpful and happy.
The place was elegant and wonderful, I recommend anyone to stay here you will truly love the experience.

Great hotel , clean tidy & staff very very helpful.Arrived early evening after a 13 hour flight and used the restaurant, food was good and reasonable priced.
One afternoon used the roof pool which was very relaxing only down side was the bar was shut.

Did a two-week stay at Windsor Plaza spread across two different stints. It might be a five-star hotel by Vietnamese standards, but I'd consider it a four-star hotel by western standards. Positives:
- really solid customer service from the concierge and all staff
- spacious rooms
- quiet...minimal sound leakage from the hallway or neighboring rooms
- the air conditioning is strong
- comfortable beds (relative to my hardness preference)
- public areas are well-maintained and smell nice
Negatives:
- the rooms are clean (e.g. bedding), but can be hit or miss. The room on my first stint had a toilet, tub, and sink that wouldn't flush or drain properly. The room on my second stint had no such issues, but the entrance door couldn't be fully opened without hitting the armoire.
- the rooms are a little aged in appearance and due for a renovation soon
Neutral:
- the location is so-so. It was well-located for my purposes, but it is relatively far from District 1 and most tourist activities that people do in HCMC. However, there is a free shuttle and using Grab is so inexpensive that location shouldn't be an issue for most travelers at any time of the day

The entire hotel staff team were simply amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed.
The hotel and its facilities, food and drinks are fantastic and it is in a perfect location.

Perfect in every way, with outstanding service. A great location in the heart of the old quarter, a nice rooftop bar and dining and well appointed rooms. The Oriental Jade hotel is exceptionally hospitable, modern, clean with the friendliest staff we have ever met. The location is in the old quarter of Hanoi with walking distance to most sites and museums. The breakfasts are delicious and we felt like it was a second home to us. Absolutely top notch service from beginning to end. I was very warmly greeted from the moment we checked in, and given the best of treatment until the end of our stay. All of the staff were wonderful and I really appreciated the extra assistance from Brian and Nancy.Absolutely top notch service from beginning to end. All of the staff were wonderful and I really appreciated the extra assistance from Brian and Nancy. At checkout; they promptly checked our room to see if we left anything behind and kind enough to bring me my charger that I accidentally forgot. The hotel was very modern with a perfect touch of culture and charm. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was amazing after a long hot day out exploring the town. The breakfast buffet had an impressive assortment of hot and cold food, and surprisingly very tasty for what was served. The menu also changes daily, so you are not always eating the same food. I also enjoyed the spa services, very clean and attention to detail. The tours booked through the hotel were also excellent and highly recommended. I would highly recommend the Oriental Jade for any future stays in Hanoi. Location is perfect and steps away from the cathedral and Hoa Kiem Lake. 10/10!
