Let’s start with the negatives first. So, I was disappointed with the room. The layout and functionality just didn’t hit the mark. I had to hang my dresses up on some wall/coat hooks because the ‘wardrobe’ only had a short hanging space. There were no drawers for bits and pieces ie underwear etc. a small tile from the shower was missing. The view was a wall with a facade picture over it. To make it worse there was a decal covering the actual window so it was hard to see out of the window as it was. Made it all very dark. The room itself was a little on the small size. Hairdryer didn’t have much blow to it. The lifts are a wee bit small for my liking, all a bit of a squash and a squeeze. Wasn’t keen on the mirrored toilet door, depends on lighting if you get to see your partner sitting on the loo 🚽. Not one of the holiday sights I want to see 😁 The location isn’t the prettiest I’ve been to, about a 15/20 minute walk to a nicer area. Positives:- staff are friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful and smiley. I have a strange quirk that I give any place I stay at a quick clean of my own. Cleaning wipes at hand I found not a bit of dirt anywhere, so let me give a giant shout out to our cleaner. Well done 👍🏻. The breakfast had a great deal of choice and was replenished whenever something looked like it was running low. Again, all spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the Tv was a good size, 2 English channels. Mini bar, safe, good enough lighting. The shower hit the spot, 🚿 Restaurant had a tasty choice of food with amazing views.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at the Aelius Hotel and Spa. Room was spacious and very comfortable beds. Only downside was that the wash hand basin was in the room and not in the toilet area. The Staff were wonderful, always helpful. Room was spotless and I would like to mention a special thank you to our lovely Zanet for that. The food was exceptional. Lovely pools and good entertainment. We were very disappointed in the Gym. Not as advertised. We would have like a better lounge area, with comfy seats and a barinstead of having to sit on the sunbeds for the evening entertainment, or hard seats. Walking outside the Hotel was dangerous with the speeding traffic and no definition for a path. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed yourselves and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, clean hotel staff were so friendly and were extremely welcoming. All staff, including cleaners and waiting staff smiled and greeted us wherever we were. The rooms were very clean, general area of the hotel was very looked after, no weeds, perfect paint etc. food was lovely, only issue I had was with the buffet food the signs did not show any allergens which was difficult for me. WiFi was not great, constantly dipping out in all areas of the hotel. I had extremely uncomfortable pillows and did ask for softer ones and was told they’d be given to me the next morning but did not receive any. However, I would absolutely be back here and would recommend it to everyone. This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I couldn’t believe how happy and nice the staff were. 5 stars.

Second time at this wonderful hotel and once again can't find fault. The whole place is so chilled and kept spotlessly clean and tidy. It's in a quieter area of Pefkos but only a 20 minute walk to all the main bars and restaurants, although there are a couple of excellent restaurants only 10 minutes away. We did B&B (the breakfasts are excellent; so much choice) but also did lunches here (big portions) and ate in the poolside restaurant a few times (Stifado is one of the best ever). Plennty of sunbeds for everyone and plenty of shade if you need it. Whet really sets PVR apart though is the quality of the staff and service. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Always ready for a chat and, if you take time to talk to them, a wealth of advice and knowledge about the local area. Kostas, Vasilis, Dimitris & Eva looked after us well through breakfasts, lunches, and evening cocktails. Maniolis (the Egg Man) did great breakfast omelettes & eggs. Nektaria, in the kitchen, served up some wonderful evening meals (you have to try her beef stew (Stifado)). Andela, on reception, was always on hand with a smile to help with any query and helped us out with restaurant advice when we visited Lindos. All in all, such a great place to base yourself for a holiday in Pefkos. Hopefully we'll be back again very soon.

A family group of 7, we are coming to the end of a 2 week stay at PVR, and I can certainly recommend it. It's a lovely place to stay. It's really well managed, with fantastic staff - every one of them. It's away from the main strip, but if it's really hot, like it is now, a cery short cab ride will get you into town in a few minutes. The bonus is that it's so chilled and laid back. No idiots or hen/stag parties. No thumping poolside music or "activities". Just quality service, lovely, well kept property, and great breakfast. We had 3 one bedroom apartments overlooking the pool, and they were just right for us. All that any of us are looking for in a holiday is to enjoy it. I can say that all 7 of us (ranging from 2 to 62) really have. Congratulations to the owners, management and staff of Pefkos Village Resort. Keeping a family of 7 happy is never easy. But you achieved it, no problem. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Lovely quiet resort, Pefkos Village. All Staff excellent and polite from management to cleaners, from start to finish they will try and do anything for you. Food very good only did B&B though as wanted to try some of the restaurants in the town. Had 1 night in and ate at restaurant very large meals. Our grandson loved the bunny pancakes for breakfast made by the chef. Apartments very large and have everything in for you, good a/c. The only thing is the little ants running around every where. A 15 minute walk to town with all the bars/ restaurants. First time in Rhodes but will definatley go back to Pefkos Village resort, and I would recommend the resort to any one.

We have just returned from a holiday at this wonderful resort and wanted to share our experience... Firstly, I was a bit concerned about going to a big resort, my husband has mild alzheimer's and gets overwhelmed with large places with lots of people, especially at mealtimes. I needn't have worried, although the complex is big it doesn't have the feeling of being big, mealtimes were relaxing and 'civilized'. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the guest relations team, a special thanks to Anastasia and Irini who went over and above to help us with trips and advise us on local attractions. Breakfast was good, we opted for half board as there wasn't a great different in the price - the evening meal was good, what you might expect from a buffet style meal, lots of choice but not exceptional. We ate one night in the Limoni restaurant which was excellent and reasonably priced with great views. Amazing sunsets from the terrace in the evening. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle to the 2 local towns, both definitely worth a visit, TIP: the taxi is the same price as the shuttle. Both towns have a sandy beach, you need to pay for sunbeds, we went in a heatwave so needed the shade of the sun umbrellas! The hotel's private beach is shingley and very narrow, I would recommend getting there before 11.00 a.m. if you want a sunbed. We had taken some beach shoes and actually liked this beach as it was quieter and more relaxing, you can order drinks on the beach. Access down to the beach involves a lot of steps, not so good for anyone with a disability. I would recommend the Blue Lagoon boat trip, which was reasonably priced at €45 each including transfers and lunch, the lunch was surprisingly good - unlike many similar trips we have been on.

Superb room grand suite with luxury bathroom, icy AC and lovely pools. Excellent WiFi. The let down is the dull buffet, unlimited but unexciting. Shocked they allow smoking in the Lemoni restaurant indoors. In the courtyard would have been ok. Large groups of noisy people smoking dominating the beach and the Armonia pool. Last year on our last day having been given sandwiches on arrival at midnight, we were offered lunch on last day when on half board. This year we were refused lunch on our last day when on full board unless we paid for it. They seem cash strapped as prices are up on when we were there in September 2023.: We are torn whether to go again.

It is an excellent hotel in many respects - the location, the beach, the professional and flexible staff, the breakfast, and the ala cart restaurant. Part of the hotel beach is situated under big pines, some of which extend their shades to the sea... so, the guests have a choice between natural shades and the ones created by the hotel parasols. I have stayed in two different rooms - first, in the junior suite, a modern and spacious room with a double bed and sofa. We enjoyed it very much and decided to extend our stay - the staff was very flexible and quickly found an available room - they even upgraded us on that occasion... so, we ended up in the beautiful family mansion within the private residence area. I have attached some pictures to give some basic idea of the hotel and the beach. Long story short - we plan to come back as soon as it will be possible!

Beautifully presented hotel, the room was clean & freshened daily. The beach is stunning & was great for snorkelling- the water is so clear. The staff are brilliant & really helpful, especially the restaurant staff & manager and the lady on guest relations. The kids club was good but not very busy when we went, my 5 year old liked it. My only critique was the high price of drinks at the bar & in the restaurants €7 a pint & €11 a cocktail. We booked trips through the hotel which were brilliant & the hotel run a shuttle service which was great too. We loved our holiday & would definitely return 🇬🇷

What a bad start to our holiday, our garden view room looked at a wall, so we asked to be moved, room 2 had a great view of the sea , great !!! But next morning the next room had a shower and part of our room was covered in water, we told the receptionist, but later that day the same happened! So back to reception, this time a little more forceful! Eventually the day manager and maintenance man turned up and just about called us liars , I was starting to get a little hot under the collar (not like me) and pointed out my wife who was in her seventies could easily slip on the wet tiles and if she was hurt we would sue, that hit the right spot and we where offered a third room. So we moved ourselves again! This room was better but the hairdryer and safe didn’t work and the shower wasn’t good. But we didn’t want the hassle, so stayed put! When we arrived we where given a map and key , the staff didn’t offer to help with our cases even when we had a steep slope and 4 flights of stairs! The same comments came from other guests! It seems the older you are the more you have to deal with all the stairs and no help with baggage no matter how old you are. The food was never labelled always cold , sometimes the replenishment was lacking, so you where waiting for food, Wine was often warm and the one dessert was often still frozen! Most of the staff were totally indifferent to you need’s etc. We ended up eating out at least once a day! The best member of staff was the bartender always happy. All inclusive drinks ended at 10 ! Which surprised most of the youngsters! All and all a memorable hotel but not for the right reasons! I know it’s nearly the end of the season, but they need to make the effort to the end!

Would recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room opposite the hotel door & got a lovely room with balcony, great views. Went with my daughter. Beds however as experienced by others, were brick hard. Others after complaining got a mattress topper but they ran out for us. Tip - ask when arrive for these. Staff, room & food were great. Good location as bus stop down a tiny steep hill takes you everywhere. Place is clean. We booked through Cheeky Trips & was cheap from Edinburgh. Been in alot worse but to be honest thought it was lovely. Only thing that could be improved is entertainment as there was none. But Ipsos is lively & near with regular buses & taxis. Beautiful beach cove with resteraunts just a short walk away & a well stocked shop round the corner. Would visit again. Staff go above & beyond.

We stayed at aquamarine for 5 nights in August 2023. We were initially worried having read the reviews. Our room was immaculate with a stunning sea view as we were at the top of the hotel we had to climb a lot of steps but we were happy with this as the view was so worth it and expected the steps as the hotel is on a hill. The gentleman in the restaurant was amazing and attentive to our needs and the cleaning lady was fantastic and made a real fuss of the children. Only negatives I have are the wasps! There was hundreds and we struggled to enjoy a drink outside as we were surrounded by them, also worth noting the hotel is very couples and adult orientated with minimal entertainment (2 nights) and nothing for the children to do so we retired to bed early which was not a problem for us. Other than the 2 points this was a fantastic get away for the price and nissaki beach is fantastic for clear sea and seeing the fish.
