The hotel is in a really good location. Moving throughout the city is easy since there's the central line just a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of cafes and cool things to do around. The rooms are quite small, but I didn't give too much importance to that. There's also no window in the cheaper options. Overall, the cleaning was really precise, and the team is very attentive and nice. I would definitely recommend it for those who are looking for an easy-going, cool, young vibe!

Unfortunately this was one of my worst hotel experience. The rooms are tiny, and there is absolutely no sound isolation. I was told all the family rooms are divided rooms, with a locked door on the shared wall. Whatever the neighbors speak or listen to, we were able to hear just like they were in our room. We wanted to cancel our booking, the manager refused. Then they gave us a 2 persons room which was even smaller and three of us had to sleep on a 2 persons bed for 3 nights for the same money as a family room.

The room is very small. There were no instructions for the appliances or facilities. No kettle in the room. Very expensive for what it is. The Staff not welcoming or particularly friendly, nor were they obviously available to deal with any queries. There was also no reception area. I appreciate that London hotels are expensive but this offered very little to justify the expense.

Perfect location, very service minded staff and nice price. No proper space in the room to keep clothes but apart from that it filled its purpose.

A very clean hotel, service was really nice and staff are extremely caring. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed here for three total days and I cannot say I have any complaints. The rooms are a bit small but great for the price. Also the area isn’t the worst.

Upgraded the room when the shower didn’t work, beautiful location for the Marathon start line and excellent breakfast served every day. Excellent and friendly service, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure Travelers. Close to the metro, a 5 min walk. Nice Neighborhood with lovely market.

This beautiful hotel is located near the Champs-Élysées, but it's tucked away, giving it a quiet and cozy feel in the middle of the city. We arrived with a group, and check-in went swiftly and smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had warm croissants and excellent coffee, as well as an array of options for varied diets. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Paris.

Receptionists very nice with fast service, the rest need to streamline the organization, repair a few things like shower, plumbing and cleanliness. A good district, I recommend it to an undemanding client.

The hotel was in a great location, only a 5-min walk to the tram stop and 5-min tram into the main town centre. The rooms were a great size, with a comfy big bed and all the necessary amenities. The only minor negative is that the bathroom door is frosted so you have to be quite comfortable with the person you’re staying with.

I’ve had made a double booking because the confirmation of the Züri by Fassbind was not send out in time. The hotel refused to cancel the double booking, even though I called immediately after the first booking showed up. The receptionist insisted that the booking can’t be cancelled in the hotel. Pure milking of clients.

By far one of the worst hotels I ever visited. Concierge was impolite, indifferent to the clients needs and totally unwilling to accommodate, location is far off the city center in a rather dodgy neighborhood, the rooms small and basic. One can definitely do a lot better once in Zürich!

A great location for the trams, although slightly off the beaten track. An unusual hotel with zero ambience or comfort in the public areas. Having said that, the room was clean and well serviced just no fripperies. Zurich hotels are expensive so this is probably a good place to be based.

Amazing location. The size of the rooms are quite nice and modern. Just dont take on the 2nd last floor. You can here people walk on the restaurant above specially in the night. The entrance to hotel is funny ( like u walk in the dark ally. ) there is restaurant on the roof top with Amazing view, reception area is also in the same floor. People are very nice. The location is just amazing also I am surely come back. ( dont forget to visit the library. ) its a must.

Spent 3 nights at this cool hotel that is. Very well located in Geneva. An easy walk to the lake and very close to high end shopping. It’s actually located within a small mall, and reception is on the 7th floor. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast on site. Rooms were spacious and clean. What’s not to like? Nothing! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this Ruby of a hotel! The staff is beyond words friendly, helpful, and apparently enjoy working there! We booked 3 rooms here. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do! My cousins and I loved to drink wine and listen to the Bluetooth speaker provided in my room with the beautiful balcony! 🥰

10 HILL place is a wee walk (10 min) from the Royal mile in Edinburgh Old Town. 15 to 20 mins from the Airport Tram drop off on Princes Street, but all uphill. TEN is on a quiet side street. Service was decidely, "ok". On our first morning, we arrived at the front desk to witness 3 staff heavily and vociferously engaged in an argument, which our presence did nothing to mitigate, a bit unprofessional. The room was also totally adequate, but the shower scald guard was complicated, and hot water was in scarce supply.

10 Hill Place had not rooms to replace the rooms they cancelled. The staff went on Hotels.com to find us another Hotel after they cancelled our reservation, found the Britannia, which was disgusting, though the front desk guy was very helpful. When we got there, they had no rooms. We found our own Hotel but were out the cost of 10 Hill Place and the Sheraton, not cheap.

Arrived at Ten Hill Place after a long day of travel to find out they had upgraded us which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and well appointed with robes, slippers, coffee supplies and a fridge. We ate the first night in the restaurant…service was good, food was okay. We found the location good as it was close (very walkable) to the Royal Mile, pubs, stores, etc. and quiet at night.

Location in old town is convenient and the staff are friendly. Received a free upgrade to a room with a great view of Arthur's seat. The hotel is well maintained with a great bar, restaurant and a 24 hour gym. The hotel is a fantastic base for exploring the city

Exceptional experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, service was impeccable. It was in a perfect location. We were walking distance to nearly everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh!
