Good hotel wrong location and a bit smelly

My wife and I booked a king-size bed room on booking dot com, on checking they tried to give us 2 separate beds and told we have to wait 1 and a half hours for the next available room, the balcony doesn't have any furniture (table or chairs). The walk in shower is built into the room so the steam fills your room among other smells. We complained to the night manger and he said that where fully booked without even checking his screen, baring in mind its the start of the rainy season. There's only one rooftop bar, the main one is closed and has been for 3 months. The hallway smelt damp and muggy . The hotel in on a motorway with nonstop traffic so u have to walk 10 minutes to the junction just to get a cab because the 3 lane traffic is backed up to the hotel. Recommended value for money hotel for your stay in Bangkok

Nice hotel with nice staff (especially Chalee) convenient pool. We had a small issue in the dim sum restaurant but this was solved in an excellent way by the hotel manager!!! Sky bar is worth visting and breakfast is okay. House keeping wasn't top noch (shampoo didn't get a refill and hairs weren't taken away from the shower) otherwise I would have given a 5* rating.

Thanks to the staff, I was able to catch a taxi in time to catch my flight home. I had it arranged for 500 baht. This is cheaper than using Grab. We were very impressed. In addition, he can speak English, so he is very reliable. I still want to use it.

The hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice from the moment we got out of the car. A staff member Chalee and Eve was very help with finding transport and just friendly willing to chat. It’s a family friendly hotel. I would definately visit here again . The zoom rooftop was just an experience I was able to go there with the kids they enjoyed it too

Visited here for the first leg of our Thailand holiday. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suite, which was lovely as we arrived way before we could check in. The room was huge & very spacious but definitely not a 5 star, the bathroom was quite dirty, panels were broken, there was also a horrible smell. We were only staying 2 nights so it didn’t matter. The pool was lovely & clean. Prices were very expensive compared to Bangkok & you get charged service charge even for a croissant! Overall it was fine, the staff were OK but some looked put out when you asked for anything. It was quite out of the way, so we found ourselves getting Grabs/ TukTuk/ SkyTrain. Probably a lot better in Bangkok for similar price

Excellent welcome by Baron. Great interaction with Reen, & Vee, the buggy chauffeurs. Special mention of Gun & Eed at breakfast, great service. Warm, pleasant ladies. Lovely pool, and pool bar. Rooms: Clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom: Clean and spacious. However, very unpleasant drain odour. Housekeeping did try to fix. Odour lingered.

Very nice hotel with a lot of different restaurants with a great variety of food. The Jungle Pool had the best cocktails. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a very relaxing atmosphere and it is also smoking friendly with a lot of designated smoking areas.

Clean and new hotel!

Great resort. Love the nature around the resort. Special thanks to Mai for cleaning my room and gave me everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Staff here were all very friendly and always serve with a smile. A little far from the main area of Patong. Suggest to rent a bike or you'll be paying 100 baht per trip by motorbike taxi.

What a great hotel

Spent 17 amazing days in the hotel. It is hard to say anything new, other than the countless positive reviews already listed. We've loved the peaceful surroundings out of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to be a part of if we felt like to. Clean and comfortable room, good variety of food and much more. Last but not least, the ever smiling, friendly, accommodating staff. Been to Phuket a few times, but the best hotel yet.
