Travelodeal acknowledges your complaint shortly after it’s submitted. While we aim to resolve most complaints much faster, it may take up to 28 days to respond. This is because we work with various international suppliers and often need to contact them to investigate your complaint further. We typically give our suppliers 15 days to reply, though in some cases, it may take longer. There’s no need to reach out for updates—our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have all the information needed. If you want to cancel your booking, or any part of it for a group booking, we need your written consent. For group bookings, the lead name must provide their written approval. We will only accept cancellation requests sent by email if they come from the email address originally used by the person who made the booking. Cancellation charges will apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. These charges are based on the date we receive your written authorization.
